|Recommended: NoI don't know if just stayed a year in TRAPHOUSE OR AN apartment. maintenance team are good guys but the leasing mangers are very rude and unprofessional.Stevan the leasing manager made it hard time for me staying. he didn't make the place feel like home. Parking is terrible
|Recommended: NoI had a alright stay in Modera argyle , I just thought Stevan Rodas was bad leasing manager. Me and my family notified about our financial situation a gave him updates but we still had to go small claims court I don’t remember the lady leasing manger name but she is very as well. Also she has a Doberman which is against the pet policy in the building. Andrew and Holly are great leasing agents If it wasn’t for them 2 I wouldn’t know how I would’ve survived in that building.

|Recommended: Yes1 month here — My partner and I moved in a little over a month ago. I decided to wait to review so that I could get a good feel of the complex first.
The amenities are great. The gym is pretty well equipped for an apartment gym. I love that there’s community areas and places for grilling. The community itself is cute and modern and gives hotel resort vibes. Although sometimes the neighbors can be messy and I wish they wouldn’t and leave trash or food around, housekeeping is usually very quick and responsive, and it gets cleaned up promptly.
Although there can sometimes be issues with people parking in your spot it is very rare and is usually resolved within a few hours by management.
Since you cannot control other people I feel like the management of the complex does a top tier job of making sure everything runs smoothly. So far so good. I’m happy here and am enjoying my time here. 10 10 would recommend living here.

|Recommended: NoGo somewhere else — This place was nice when I first moved in. There weren't too many people, it was clean and quiet. And then the building made themselves available to Airbnb and low-income housing applicants. The quality of people took a nosedive. The smell of marijuana fills the vents and the halls. There is trash everywhere. Footprints on the walls. Low quality women dressed in tiny outfits with their rear ends showing coming in the building at all hours of the night. Large groups of people running up and down the halls at 2am coming home from a presumably festive Tuesday night. I pay over 3k for a 1 bedroom and it was the worst decision and a colossal waste of money. If you want to be surrounded by groupies, influencers and drug addicts, come to Modera Argyle.

|Recommended: YesAmazing property — If you’re into the city lifestyle, this is the building for you Love the busy streets, lights, events etc. Also, if you miss nature, you can hike around near hiking trails. Love the staffs They’re all amazing and helpful— super The staffs really go out of their way to help the residents. Leasing agents to the maintenance team, 10 10.

|Recommended: Yes4 out of 5 Stars — I’ve been living here for a little while now, and overall, I’d give this apartment a 4 out of 5 stars. While there are definitely things I appreciate, there are also areas that could use some improvement.
1. Building Facilities Interior
Some of the interior building facilities feel a bit lacking compared to what I expected. They’re functional, but not as modern or well-maintained as advertised.
2. Noise
One of the biggest issues is noise. There are some very loud units in the building, and unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be any real control or enforcement from management to address this.
3. Cleanliness Building Grounds
On a positive note, the building and the surrounding area are quite clean and well-kept. I appreciate that the common areas are maintained regularly.
4. Move-in Experience
One downside was the move-in experience. The unit had not been cleaned prior to my arrival, so I had to hire a private cleaning service myself, which was unexpected and inconvenient.
5. Neighbors Staff
The neighbors and staff are generally okay. I haven’t had any major issues with anyone, and people seem to be polite and respectful overall.
In summary, this apartment has a lot of potential, and I’m generally satisfied. If a few things were improved—like better move-in preparation and noise management—it could easily be a 5-star experience.
